Roger's Dining Room introduces tempting treats by way of the Breakfast Pantry and Mezzanine Lounge. Gourmet specialist Jonathan Morr, of APT, Bond Street and Republic, conceptualized the food & beverage program for Hotel Roger Williams. A distinctive component of this program is the Breakfast Pantry, serving our out of town travelers regional delicacies such as fresh croissants and pastries from Balthazar and Ceci Cela, jams and granolas from Sarabeths, salmon from Petrossian, bagels from H&H and a Roger blend of coffee from Allann Brothers in Oregon. We also offer European meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, andouille and chicken sausage, hot oatmeal, and a medley of fresh fruit.
